Really truly special riad. Had an amazing, unforgettable five night stay here. Rooms were very special, decoration was really cool, and also all clean. Breakfast was delicious. The highlight was our host Mohammed, who gave us great recommendations on food, shopping etc, and made lovely conversation about the local experience. Can't recommend enough

This place is awesome. Great location not far off the beaten path but still quiet. Breakfasts were perfect and the DINNER! Wow. Better than any restaurant we ate at the entire time. I regretted not doing the dinner at the Riad the first couple nights after we finally experienced it. Go for the rooms with a patio. It was so nice to go back to our room and lay out in the sun in in the afternoons away from the madness that is Marrakech. We had the owner set us up with a tour into the mountains which was spectacular also. Stop looking and start booking.

Wauv, just wauv. 5 stars is the minimum. Great location, superb hospitality, perfect rooms. And then is nice and quiet, peaceful after a hectic day in the city. We returned here two times after trips around the country. Each time we could leave some of our heavy luggage behind us and have the same room when we got back We will miss Muhammad and the ladies who took so good care of us We will come back, inshallah

We spent three nights at the location and found ourselves treated extremely well by Gpaolo, one of the owners, as well as the staff; Fatima, Yousif, Zarah and Mohammed. The entire experience was enjoyable and informative. Breakfast on the roof looking out toward the Atlas Mountains, at the ancient walls or over the city was extremely enjoyable and delicious. It was an all-round delight. I hope to visit again. And it was within a 5 to 10 minute walk to Jemaa El-Fnaa and many other locations we wanted to see.

Really good place to stay! Clean rooms, no noise, less than 10 min walk from El Fna central square which is good, you dont have madness of the main street really close to your place but still is very close to everything. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful with everything: sightseeings, hammams, and even tours around morocco. And the best part that you can start your day with a breakfast on the terrace with storks literally 10 meters away from you. Definitely recommend the place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
