Very close to the Medina however, the streets in which it is located are not the safest at night. The check-in did not went smoothly, so be aware if you book with Booking. The hotel itself needs maintenance, lamps are fixed with tape & everything is dusty. The bathroom was really nice. The beds were the WORST part of the whole hotel. The mattresses were bend and I never slept that badly. Lastly, the window looking on the street only has a wooden panel to close it, so it does not block any noise at all.

The location is super okay; service and the host is super helpful and sincere. Rooms are a little bit outdated, a little bit impacted by the earthquake, but still in liveable condition. Cleanliness and food could be much better, but still fine!

3 nights experience Very clean and impecable. Brahim is a sweetheart, but quiet in overall. Loved the panckakes. He doesn't speak english, just some french. Shower is metalic, so do not open the hot water first! (Right). Neither close the cold water. It burns!! Good price. This is the right number, which is from their instagram page +33767492477 It is just a place to sleep, do not expect much guidance (maps, contacts, specific suggestion), you have to find and chose online, by yourself. Breakfast has no protein (eggs or cheese), so just the heads up. They now have hair dryer, which is great help! My room was noisy, because is over the street (salomé), but it is part of the experience. Bring earplugs (I forgot mine) so I was waking up earlier than usual :( There are not tables/chairs to put our stuff in the room, only two tiny night tables, so our stuff was always in the floor. There is a paper in the room saying the riad open until 12:30am but in reality it was until midnight (even if it is the ramadan excuse, the paper must be updated). This must also be inform with the booking, as I wanted to be out later. I totally understand it is to help the manager sleep patern, but I would prefer to know and pick another place as we are young. Expedia says 24 hours front desk but they don't have enough staff to do this. Expedia say spa treatments, but I couldn't even get a phone number to book a hammam, so no spa, neither information. He did offer me to walk with me, but I needed the price, book over the phone etc. Our time is limited.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
