Valerie and Kali's riad is a charming treat in the heart of the Medina. The pictures don’t give enough justice to the place. Everything is perfectly decorated in detail. Our room was cozy, equipped with two comfortable beds, extra blankets, towels and independent heating for chill nights. Daily cleaning service ensured tidiness and comfort at all times. Breakfast was served every morning by Hamza - always smiling and prompt to assist. The atmosphere was serene, making it a child-friendly place and a true oasis of peace. We highly recommend it.

Such an amazing riad! The riad is so conveniently located and makes for a wonderful stay in the medina! I stayed one night and had such a wonderful stay, the bedrooms were spacious, clean and provided everything we needed. The food was incredible with home made traditional Moroccan bread and a large array for wonderful jams and fresh juice and other traditional Moroccan food. The atmosphere was really homely thanks to the amazing staff. I really appreciate your effort Veronique and Khalil, had such a great stay, thank you both!

Excellent wonderful. My clients always, all the way, having great experience and good time with Riad Mrahbabikom, how? Every one and every things were staining. Stuff keeping the lovely happy smiling, Owners such kind and very welcome couple, Mohammed Mohammed, Mohammed,you can not miss him, just looking at his beautiful smilling face with white teeth will give you very True good impressions. The home made food, thumps up to the chef and her chefs assistant, Check it and try it, (bnina) Deliciously made from the hart. A well looked after Riad Mrahbabikom is Highly Recommended. After tow night in the Riad, I asked Engel Roberts's family;" would you like to try food some where else?". "NO" , every things her is Perfect" they answered.

Lovely riad with super comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom, large room (junior suite), and a kind and hospitable host and owner, Khalil! I also loved the location near Bahia Palace. I look forward to returning!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
