The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is really poor and needs improvement. The pool isn't deep. No green areas. The location is not the best, the staff is really friendly and helpful. Compared to the room price, it's fair. I had a good experience despite of the above.

Most Worse experience I ever had in my traveling life in 20 years. The rooms are totally unclean. Toilet broken shower don't work. TV no signal Air con sounds like jack hammer in use. Exposed live electric wires everywhere.. no lights in stairs working almost fell. Customer service at reception is a joke !!! Breakfast is dead cold. Brocken cracked Plates were used for breakfast service . Swimming pool out of action ... and I paid £90 for a room per night.. I would not recommend anyone to use this hotel .

Great value for money, all of those bad reviews don't give the place the justice. We have paid 100 pounds for 3 nights 2ppl with breakfast, hotel was clean and located in nice part of Marrakech with plenty of reasonably prices restaurants (you can get a decent meal half the price of city centre restaurants), bus stop just outside of the hotel costing only 4 Dirham (£0.32). Truth be told, breakfast was very basic: no veg at all, but pastries and bread were fresh, so for the price paid getting own vegetables from the market seems just fine.

We had terrible experience and decided to leave next morning. We were searching for a place at night. This Riad hotel showed us two rooms (3 and 4 bedrooms). We choose the 4 bedroom as the AC seemed to work a bit better, but unfortunately it didn't work and we were in heat all night. They charged us 60 euros saying we had a bigger room, which we regretted as AC didn't work on that room either. There were many other problems. The bathroom washes all the water towards the room, so after shower your room will flood. They said unclog it, but its actually how the bathroom floor is designed. It pushes the water out. The swimming pool is also very small. Only for kids to dip-in for a while. Then the breakfast was also the poorest I experienced while we stayed in four different cities in Morocco. This hotel had only some old bread and eggs when we came at 9:30 when the breakfast is supposed to continue till 10. At checkout lady said, well we close at 10, that's why. But everything in reality finishes by 9. Even if you come at 8, you'll be disappointed to see the variety of breakfast here only offers, few breads and a boiled egg. Host said they offer single rooms for 40, double for 50 and tripe for 60. For these prices, you can find a much reasonable place in Marrakesh.

The owners of this house or hotel really needs to do better. The hotel is really big but out of date and touch with so many things. The staff were absolutely wonderful, Karima was so nice. The room and bathroom were not sparkling clean, sheets clean and no awful smell. Pool was cold and dirty. The elevator will take ages to get to you to your floor. After our first night, they did a good job of cleaning the room and bathroom, and subsequently, we didn’t have have to beg them to come clean for us which was a plus for them. The hotel comes cheap so do not expect too much from them and after paying your hotel fee, you’ll be asked to pay tax 25 MAD per night per person staying in the room. Breakfast is served. The hotel is not too far from many attractions and bus 1 will take you to places like Koutoubia Mosque, Jamma el efnaa, Medina and so on.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
