Nice, small and cozy riad close to the city center of Marrakech. Upon arrival, we were kindly welcomed by Nordin with some tea and information about the riad and city. Don't hesitate to ask him any questions in French or English, such as buying a local SIM card, changing money, sightseeing tips, ... Every morning, Karima prepared a nice and simple breakfast for us. We booked half pension and were lucky to enjoy the fantastic, fresh and local dinners she cooked for us every evening. The rooms are charming, have everything you need, are airconditioned and are cleaned every day. You can sit outside on the roof terrace. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Marrakech. The Djemaa El Fna square is just a 10- to 15 minute walk through the medina and souqs.

Very friendly management and amazing location. The riad is so tranquil amongst all the sweetness of the medina, our sleeps were invigorating. First of all, thanks to the hotel staff, despite a lot of work, always smiling. The manager is a person who knows how to behave with guests, as well as speaking different languages. This amazed me because I work in this field. The rooms are traditional. A new experience for us. I was with my wife. We were happy on this trip. Thank you again for all the services.

Very warm welcome on arrival, however the Riad is accessible by car. Very pretty rooms. Very friendly waiter, the food is also very good. The people at the reception are very friendly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
