Fantastic stay - unfortunate we were only there for one night, the breakfast alone warrants a several night stay! Perfectly located, wonderfully calm despite being in the centre of the Medina, and Rachid was so accommodating and welcoming. We’ll be back before long!

From the moment I entered this hidden gem, I was captivated by its authentic Moroccan charm. The traditional architecture, intricate tilework, and vibrant colors that adorned every corner of Riad Milouda transported me to a world of tranquility and beauty. The rooms were a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Tastefully decorated with a keen eye for detail, each room showcased the rich Moroccan heritage while providing modern amenities for a truly comfortable stay. The cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home, and the attentive staff added an extra layer of warmth to the overall experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking rooftop terrace. Offering panoramic views of the bustling Medina and the distant Atlas Mountains, it became my favorite spot to unwind after a day of exploring. A homely Riad with rustic character. If you want to experience the real Marrakech, then this is it. The staff are friendly, warm and kind - going above and beyond to help. Particularly the lovely young man who came to collect us from our taxi drop off. When we come back to Marrakech we will definitely be booking this Riad again. We felt so welcome and accommodated for, they gave us the choice of 3 rooms when we arrived, some lovely tea and helped us download apps so we could find our way around and favourite famous places to visit. Without their help we would have been very lost tourists burning through all our data on google maps. It was peaceful, really well located and so well looked after. They also speak multiple languages for French, English, Spanish, Arabic guests. Thank you Riad Milouda for a great Marrakech experience!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
