What we liked: Good comfy beds, air conditioner worked well. Breakfast and the host were nice. Room was overall clean. What we didnt like: The location of the property seems very shady and unsafe at night. We also found a cockroach in our bathroom. While leaving the riad, we got in our car to leave- one beggar came to us and when we refused to give him money, he became frustrated and violent and attacked our car with his stick.

I could not be more grateful with Abdel, it was a very nice experience to stay in Mounir. Their hospitality is amazing. We book for only 2 nights but we ended extending for a week and left because it was booked out. Abdel helped us to find very nice tours, booked for us and found us very affordable prices. I liked the location since was calmer than the centre, you can walk for around 20 minutes through nice alleys and get to the most touristic spots in the city. The room was okay and breakfast was good. I got sick one day and the helped me to find some medicines and prepare some soup at the Riad. I appreciate all the help was provided in our trip.

Amazing place to stay! Me and my girlfriend stayed for a few days and left yesterday morning and we were very kindly welcomed. I was so happy with the great service that deserves a million stars. The gentleman who gave us our breakfast each morning always had a smile on his face and made us feel so welcome and very friendly. The bedroom was PERFECT and was very spacious and clean and the bathroom was also spacious and clean so I am very happy. The breakfast was excellent. The gentleman Abdel was the Highlight of our stay at the Riad as he is so kind and helpful with our transportation and trips so I recommend everyone to stay here! If I was to visit Marrakech again I will be coming back to Riad Mounir without even thinking about it. Thank you so much Abdessamed for the amazing stay, Hopefully we will see you again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
