We spent 2 nights at Riad Nashira right before the end of the year. Overall...great service, nice facilities. The staff provided outstanding service from our arrival to departure. I'm not sure if I'd consider the riad a 5-star facility, but the courtyards and rooftop lounge are nicely decorated and well equipped. Our room was nice...comfortable bed, good water pressure for shower, etc. The only issue we had was the noise...stone walls and no soundproofing made it hard to sleep. The riad's located within a few minutes walk to the souks and easy walking distance to the major sites within the Medina.

Unforgettable Experience in Marrakech Our stay at the Riad Nashira & Spa, Marrakech was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the level of service and attention to detail that this hotel offers. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, we want to highlight the attention of Khaled and Jalal, always ready to help at all times. From the front desk staff to the waiters and housekeeping team, everyone went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

This place is absolutely beautiful. It is quaint, intimate, romantic and sexy. The historic building is everything expected. The staff are exceptional! Friendly, thoughtful and caring. You feel like your a guest in your families home. I cannot find all of the adjectives and emotions experienced. For me the absolute awesome part is staying within the actual neighborhood amongst the residence. They were all welcoming during our walks through the community to the main square.

My partner and I are from the United States and stayed at the Riad Nashira for our honeymoon. We really enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend it. The riad is tucked away in the old part of Marrakesh and is comfortably away from the hustle of the city while still being within walking distance of a variety of markets and restaurants. There is a rooftop area where we were able to relax with a bottle of wine, olives, and a book. Additionally, there is an onsite restaurant that has Italian and Moroccan food, which was very good, a spa, and a pool. Try the traditional hammam at the spa if you get a chance. A quick note on food: we ate basically everything the hotel had to offer (dinner, snacks, tea, cookies, breakfast, the fresh fruit, etc) and did not have any stomach issues (we did not drink the tap water and drank bottle water the entire time, though). The staff was extremely helpful the entire time we were there. We stayed in two different rooms because of our itinerary, both of which were fantastic. They were large, with enough space to lounge around, and climate controlled. One thing I wish is that they had a better alcohol selection, but this was minor. Other than that, our afternoons lounging on the rooftop patio were idyllic.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
