Great Riad with very hospitable staff. Celebrated birthday in Morocco and they gave us a cake during breakfast. Breakfast was great too and would highly reccomend this place!

Stilish moroccan riad, even better looking than what you see in the pictures. The bedrooms were also nice and clean, with comfortable mattresses and storage space, and they have a big ensuite bathroom. Big terrace where you can chill out, though there are high walls so you don't have a view of the city from there. The location is also excellent, very central and easy to reach without getting lost. Breakfast is good and it comes in great quantity.

Amazing staff and location. Had the best time staying here, the terrace is beautiful and breakfast is fabulous. Highly recommend staying at Riad New Moon, I'll definitely be back!

This riad and the people that work here are amazing! -Sana the owner was supperr hospitable, very friendly and catered to our every single need. -we were welcomed with tea and biscuits and were provided with tea at any time of day! -there was always a staff member available for help at any time. -they gave us free water bottles even though you have purchase water yourself from the shops. -they provided clean towels and linen everyday of our stay and thoroughly cleaned the room every morning. -I needed to wash some spoiled clothes and Hamid personally assisted me with my laundry even though laundry isn't shown as available for visitors. -on our last day I fell a little ill and Hamid (one of the staff) ordered in food for me and my friend so we wouldn't have to go out late in the evening. -most of all Mohamed (staff member) provided customer service that went above and beyond! He provided us with tea whenever we requested it, he told us fair prices to bargain for in the souks for item we wanted, he woke up early to make breakfast just for us because we had an excursion planned that day, and much much more! This is an amazing riad to stay at! It is situated on a very safe street with policemen 24/7 because the palace is very close. Everything is in walking distance! The streets are vibrant 2ith colors and people, highly recommend this riad if you want to feel AT HOME.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
