Review is for the restaurant (Oban) at the Riad Noir d'Ivoire. This dual Moroccan and French restaurant is Michelin level fine dining in Marrakesh. Extraordinary food and excellent service. We ate off the Moroccan menu and it was spectacular. Long, deep, well crafted wine list featuring Moroccan, French and other world wines.

Riad Noir d’Ivoire, a hidden gem 💎 in the heart of Medina… I did not know what to expect after reading the news about the terrible earthquake that hit Marrakesh on 6th september, I was feeling uncomfortable to travel considering the terrible news in the media and the devastation of the city which was announced all over in the international newspapers . Indeed, there was devastation but specifically in the small villages located in the Atlas Mountains and very sadly casualties and what I want to highlight here is that the media/international news, kept spreading wrong information about the CITY of Marrakesh. This is quite disappointing as this caused to the country’s tourism industry and in specific the CITY of Marrakesh, several cancellations (Flights, hotels reservations, restaurants) which a lot of people and their respective families income depend on. After getting in touch with Stephen, he shared a video of the condition of the Medina and the Riad, then I felt re-assured that my travel plans to Marrakesh would remain the same and this was a great desicion. My sister and I arrived to Riad Noir d’Ivoire for 4 nights stay. This is a hidden gem in the middle of Medina, the historical center of Marrakesh. I immediately felt in love with the Riad and the facilities, the rooms were extremely clean and designed with a wonderful Moroccan taste, there are comfortable beds and a nice housekeeping team taking care of the daily service. A wonderful Spa and Hamman! This was my highlight! Miss Heouria did a wonderful Hamman and a very relaxing massage, she is lovely and I had to do twice during my stay Hamman as she was great! Wonderful breakfast , lunch and dinner in the Riad restaurant, Aziz (waiter), he was always ready to assist during our meals and then Abdel and the concierge team at the reception…. big kuddos to them for their patience, as we attended a wedding in Marrakesh and we were returning very late at night to the Riad and they were always available to assist us with transportation to the city or outside the city and/or the buggy to bring us back to the Riad from the parking area! I loved this, quite convenient to be honest!!! You have to use the pool! Is just amazing and beautiful area to rest and disconnect after a long walk in the craziness of the Souks. Riad Noir d’Ivoire is a beautiful place to stay, with a wonderful team. Thank you for your hospitality. I am planing to return with my boyfriend in future and will stay in Riad Noir D’Ivore again, I would like him to experience this amazing and unique place in the beautiful Marrakesh.

The food was incredible; the rooms vast and welcoming. I can't wait to book my next visit there and have been recommending it to anyone who is travelling to Morocco!

We just got back from our stay at Riad Noire D’Ivoire. This hotel and its staff is simply fabulous. No corners have been cut with the detail and amenities provided, everywhere you look is luxury. Breakfast was great! The staff were all so friendly and could not do enough for us. We stayed in the elephant room which was beautiful but all the rooms are exquisite! Drinks at the bar is a very nice vibe of an evening. It was important to us that we immersed ourselves in morrocan culture, this Riad did that for us as well as providing a great holiday experience. we met the owner during our stay, who was welcoming and very accommodating!we will for sure be returning! You will not be disappointed!

The Riad Noir D'Ivoire was the highlight of our trip to Marrakesh. The courtyard and our room were breathtakingly beautiful. It's obvious that much care and attention went into every architectural detail. The staff were friendly and the service great. The food and service at the restaurant, Oban, were phenomenal as were the custom cocktails in the bar.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
