Unbelievable Riad - the most beautiful we have seen in Morocco. Laurant and his team took care of us for the duration of our stay. An amazing property with beautiful decor, comfortable rooms, lovely rest areas, great bathrooms, friendly staff. Nothing missing !

You walk through the narrow spice market down a deserted alley to find a beautiful old door with a subtle sign of the hotel. An enthusiastic and very welcoming member of staff greets you and within five minutes you’re taken from the hustle and bustle of the streets outside into a tranquil hidden gem. Traditional mint tea is severed and we are given an informative guide to Marrakesh what not to do and what and when to visit the best sights in the city. A brief tour of the hotel which includes a beautiful roof garden where breakfast and dinner is served. Our room was just as wonderfully decorated as the palace, with carved ceilings decorated in the Moroccan style fit for a king. Our room was perfect double bed on the mezzanine floor with two beds below for our children bathroom was plenty large enough with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Dinner was great beef & prune tangerine melted in your mouth they even prepared chips for our boys. Sat on the roof top shadowed by the mosque with nesting cranes at the top of the tower watching the sun go down! The hotel had a hot tub, pool table piano, chess table & library and offered traditional Moroccan scrubs. Extremely reasonable priced also if I ever return to Morocco I will most certainly be revisiting this hotel.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels i’ve ever stayed! Hospitality is a 10, location is a plus, right in the middle of the old spices market. The artwork all over the Riad is the cherry on the cake. I also highly recommend scheduling the Hammam massage and their dinner.

Amazing place to stay in Marrakech. Beautiful rooms and common areas, especially the rooftop terrace, where you have sun beds and tables to have breakfast and dinner or just a drink in the afternoon. The staff was really nice and friendly, made us feel at home at all times, making sure we were comfortable and had everything with needed. 100% recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
