Great location, close to the Bahia Palace and Jewish quarter. Staff was super friendly, rooms are beautiful and breakfast was delicious! Take the breakfast on the terrace!

Fantastic place. Super helpful staff, from helping us get there from the airport to sorting out everything we needed. The room was lovely, really quaint but clean and comfortable with A/C and a great shower. The breakfast can be taken on the roof or by the pool.

The staff were exceptional. I received a message the day before our arrival to offer a taxi service, which was nice. Upon arrival, we were welcomed warmly with some traditional mint tea before being shown to our room. The room was lovely with plenty of space for our family of four. Staff were always friendly and happy to have conversations, give us advice on places to visit, booked us a taxi and helped arranged an excursion for us, too. Breakfast was delivered with a smile every morning and we also had dinner here on our last day. The terraced area was a beautiful, quiet section of the riad, that my family loved. We spent at least one hour per day relaxing here and often more! Location was perfect. Close enough to walk to the traditional souks and main square but in a quiet side street, away from the hustle and hectic nature of those areas. Everything about it was perfect. My family and I loved it.

Although we never had a chance to stay I wanted to give them 5 stars for costumer service and compassion. We had an unexpected death in the family and had to cancel last minute and return to the USA. They allowed us to cancel after the cancellation date closed and made a horrible situation a little easier. Thank you Riad Nora! We will stay here when we can return to complete our vacation.

Lovely riad, quiet location and wonderful staff especially Hesham who was incredibly kind even when we disturbed him in the middle of the night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
