Discover a hidden treasure in Marrakech! This riad is tucked away in a quiet alley in the medina, just a few minutes' walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa, souks, and restaurants. As soon as you enter the riad, it feels like an oasis with incredible and relaxing scents. The riad is surprisingly spacious, featuring a chill-out salon for you and your friends after the hustle and bustle of the medina. The room is a good size, always spotless and well-maintained, with daily cleaning while you're out exploring. Big kudos to the friendly and attentive staff. There's always someone around, day and night, ensuring security and smooth management. They're incredibly helpful. Don't miss the delicious rooftop breakfast to kickstart your day.

A lovely and comfortable traditional riad. Cosy and clean. Staff are nice, polite and responsive. It is in the city centre making it extremely convenient to go to any key tourist sites from the riad.

I really liked the Riad. It is new and the service is exceptional, always attentive and helpful. It is very well located, you can walk to any of the most touristic sites in Marrakech. The neighborhood in which it is located is safe and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay, totally recommended if you want to enjoy a genuine place where you can fully immerse yourself in Moroccan culture.

Riad perfectly located in relation to the attractions of Marrakech. Not far from the hustle and bustle of the souk (less than 3 minutes walk from Jemaa el Fna square) but the real plus of this establishment lies in the service. The staff is attentive and takes great care of their guests. From Amin's advice on sightseeing, to Soukinal's delicious cuisine. They provide impeccable service. In short, they knew how to make this riad an oasis of happiness. A very big thank you to everyone for this week. We will come back and definitely recommend it. Small possible point of improvement, the soundproofing of the Amber room on the street side.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
