They cancelled our trip that we booked over 1 year ago, 2 weeks before the trip. We even checked in with the after the earthquake if everybody is fine and safe. What a disrespectful to do, we are super disappointed.

Beautiful Riad, excellent care to detail and personalized attention. We had an amazing welcoming by Abdelali, with tea & sweets and a tour of the riad. His attention was definitely the highlight of our stay. Location is perfect because you can leave the car at a safe parking a couple minutes from the riad and walk to everywhere. Definitely recommend!

Great location in the old town. Expect to get familiar with the narrow streets of the old town as there is no taxi drop off at the door. But the Riad staff are super friendly and will help if arriving or leaving by taxi. The Riad is beautiful and luxurious and can't be faulted. The only suggestion would be usb connection and more power outlets. The sun terrace is beautiful and you always feels like you are the only people there. Very special. Special mention to the staff who are superb and nothing is too much trouble.

Have a look at the pictures I have shared and decide if that is a five star hotel Worse location , rooms very bad , a lot of noise from outside Young boys smoking hashish literally 🚬 outside the hotel’s door steps at 11pm while I was trying to get inside the hotel after being all day out not to mention the man chasing us FROM OLD MADINA TO THE HOTEL ASKING FOR MONEY 💴, one side of the hotel is a walking distance to the MADINA and if you use those streets to cut through then you are likely to either get robbed or being attacked. Not everything was bad THE STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY QUISSAL IBTISSAM ABEDELLAH ALI very nice guys but the management is the worst and these guys are just trying to make a living so they just do what management tells them to. Found and killed two cockroaches 🪳 in the rooms while sleeping and I have got the recording and pictures taken not only for the cockroaches 🪳 but for the noise and hygiene of the hotel and I will have shared them and will upload most tomorrow Worse location due to being in a residential are Avoid this hotel and book in new marakesh

An unforgettable experience!! The stuff was so helpful and friendly making sure we had everything we needed and more! The atmosphere was so calming and the decorations really tasteful! We had a dinner at the restaurant of the Riad and the food was top quality and taste! Would highly recommend it!! Thank you Riad Omri for the amazing holidays!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
