This is my fourth visit to Marrakesh, and my partners first. We had the most fabulous stay at Riad Pachavana. The staff were all wonderful from the moment we arrived. This Riad is truly splendid in scope and scale. Our room was really lovely the Turqois Room. The bed was huge and super comfy. The staff who serviced our room even folded our night-ware in the same pattern as the throw. Breakfast was super tasty and included pancakes cakes fruit coffee juice and a selection of spreads including honey jam and marmalade. An omelette was also an optional extra. This was included in the price. We had a Hammam scrub whilst there which was really nice. Can’t wait to visit again.

This was our first Riad on our Marocco - trip and we had a very pleasant stay. The crew is very nice and helpful, when it comes to having an earlier breakfast (or dinner at the rooftop) or with helping with the luggage (like in nearly almost every Riad you cannot reach it by car). The rooms are designed in a Maroccan style and the pool and the roof top terrace is very nice. We really recommend this riad

Pittoresque and glamour Riad in the Medina of Marrakech. Very fascinating garden with a pool in the middle, comfortable apartments around two floors, absolutely great hospitality, good quality food and service, and an impressive sunset on MARRAKECH roofs. Possibility to relax in the SPA with a Hammam.

Such a beautiful, peaceful and comfortable hotel. It felt more like a home. The staff were probably the most friendly and accommodating that I have ever experienced. We arrived early but they rushed to get our room ready for us and served us tea and cake whilst we waited. They also made us welcome to stay there the whole day after checking out because we had an evening flight. I wish we could have stayed more than 1 night! Amazing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
