Very well located. Friendly stuff that speaks Spanish. Rooms and interior of the Rhiad are exceptional which shows a lot about the taste of the owners. The breakfast is a big plus because of the homemade pies and the pancakes. Definitely staying again if I’m going back to Marrakesh.

We had a wonderful stay at this riad in Marrakech. It is very well located in the Medina. When you go through the door, you are transported in an oasis of tastefully furnished accommodation. It is beautiful and the small pool in the middle gives it charm. Breakfast was good. The managers on duty were very helpful and very kind. I travel a lot, and this place is on one of the top list of places to stay for me. It is my first time in Morocco, and this place feels like home the moment I stepped in. The food, the ambiance, the convenient location, the staff and their service is beyond excellent, most specially Nourddine Ahnana, who had taken really good care of our whole group. This riads' staff shows sincere kindness and amazing hospitality. My groups' experience staying at this riad made Marrakesh a lot more memorable. Thank you so much ❤❤❤

Stayed a night. Good: Very helpful and polite staff upon check in Tasty welcome tea and snack Attentive service as we left early, and they would provide a breakfast pack for us We stayed in the room with a little balcony, was was definitely a gem Comfortable bed with air con. Beautiful rooftop Very close to the main Medina The room was not smaller than Ryad Dyor and Riad Kitula but so was the more acceptable price. Could have a clear entry sign

This place is truly magical. I loved every moment of our stay. The staff was absolutely fantastic and went out their way to please us. Bedroom was very nice, comfortable bed. The terrace is great, spent a night up here with the lamps on felt so cosy. The pool, seating area is just to die for. Wow !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
