This place ROCKS!! Attention to detail is an understatement. Professional staff who take the time to get you to the ATM and restaurants. Clean and inviting! Our room had rose petals and robes ready on the bed. Highly recommended!

Simply FABULOUS. Ahmed and his entire team are faultless. From escorting to local bank, spotless rooms beautifully presented with rose petals and the catering team who catered to every whim. Spotless pool with fresh towels and sun hats on the plentiful sun loungers. Ahmed arranged for us to have the best driver from a local taxi company who again was faultless. Every person went above and beyond. Coming back after a day out was like going home. Tea and cake waiting upon our return! Ahmed and every team member are diamonds 💎.

Fabulous. The location is amazing for the souk, restaurants and everything in the walled city. Staff are the best Ive ever encountered. Ahmed does such a good job in welcoming the guests and seeing to their needs.

We had the best time at Palais Blanc Riad! This guesthouse is an oasis in the middle of the busy Medina of Marrakech. It is perfectly tranquil, and it's hosts are no exception. Nothing was a problem, from when our flight was delayed until 2am but the transfer they arranged still showed up to organising activities for us last minute. Ahmed was always on hand to help us order a tuktuk or just to get advice about the city sites. The room was spacious, with a wonderfully comfortable bed. There were all the amenities one would expect from a guesthouse, but they still felt luxurious (from the smell of the soaps to the all white decor). The breakfast was always well presented and plentiful, with local delicacies and continental foods too. We were also gifted with the refreshing Moroccan mint tea in the afternoons we relaxed at the Riad. The cherry on the top was the amazing cookery course, which filled our bellies and our hearts. Merci Lamya! The hammam was a real treat, and we felt so relaxed after our time at the spa. All in all, we cannot wait to come back to our new Moroccan home.

Great experience. The staff is wonderful. For breakfast they have amazing lemon pound cake with almond slivers. They will make you an omlette to taste. Freshly squeezed orange juice each morning. The rooms are in all white and we stayed near the pool. Awesome stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
