We spend two nights in the Riad a week ago and the stay was wonderful, the Riad is really nice, in a quite place and the staff was very nice too and really helpful. Everything was perfect and I reccomend it for sure. Regards Paz

I had a wonderful time staying at Riad Papillon for a week. The staff are all (!) amazingly helpful and kind, which I really appreciated, especially as a solo traveler. When I first arrived in Marrakech, my luggage had not arrived with me, which was distressing; but the staff was so attentive, nice, and helpful, which calmed my nerves a lot, for which I am very grateful. The breakfast was lavish and delicious, you will definitely not go hungry while staying here. It is served in beautiful and cosy surroundings. The area around the riad is lovely as well, with a combination of the smaller souks and wider streets, which were more easily identifiable for me as a visitor. Youssef and Ali were both unbelivably patient with explaining me the layout of the area multiple times, and even though I got lost approximately five times a day, it would presumably have been a much higher number without their help. Thank you so much for helping to make my trip as great as it was.

Way above and beyond 5 stars! Riad Papillon is absolute luxury and complete comfort in beautiful tandem. The property itself is gorgeous, with so much detailed and authentic Moroccan design. The lighting alone is enough to make you swoon. I stayed two times and experienced two different rooms, both of which were exceptionally well-equipped and ultra comfy. The shared areas—the various lounges and the beautiful rooftop terrace–are the perfect places to unwind or wine (BYOB) and dine. Accessing the riad couldn't be easier—just follow an easy-to-remember pathway down a charming alley, past the wafting aroma of fresh bread from the neighborhood bakery, and you'll reach the big blue door. We've established that you'll appreciate the comfort and aesthetics, but there's still an even greater treat in store—Riad Papillon's wonderful staff. I felt taken care of to an infinite degree by Ali, Omar, and Baiza—who manage the place, help with any imaginable logistics, cook meals to remember, and keep everything impeccably clean. They are intent on making your stay a magical one, and they do it all with great kindness and friendship. Book this beautiful place without hesitation—you'll be oh-so-happy you did!

Couldn't love this place more! Booked out the Riad for my sister's hen do weekend and it really couldn't have gotten any better! Fantastic food, incredibly lovely staff-took such great care of all of us, including my cousin who fell very ill just before the trip! The staff also gave us great advice on where to go for dinners/nights out/hammams. They also brought in a belly dancer for us on the first night (on request) and also arranged for car hire for the group. I just could not be more impressed! We had a traditional Moroccon dinner on arrival and I have no hesitation in saying, Riad Papillon prepared the best Moroccon food we tried in our full stay! And just when we thought things couldn't get better, the prepared the yummiest breakfast ever on the roof terrace for us! Zuhair and Rashid and the lovely ladies who looked after us, really.. thank you very very much for all your care and reception towards us. We miss you and will definitely be back again!

Beautiful Riad in the heart of Marrakech. Staff are very kind and helpful. The Riad is very clean and tidy and the rooms are a good size. Will definitely be back!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
