Located in the medina, near Dar El Bacha, a 10-minute walk from Koutoubia, this riad is simple, with a modest but pleasant roof terrace. The staff, especially Nassim and Karim, take great care of us. We dined on excellent couscous and fresh fruit yogurt, cooked that same afternoon, the good smell greeted us upon returning from our afternoon in the souks. Breakfast is simple, quite basic (eggs, bread, honey and jam, coffee and mint tea). The rooms are a little small but arranged around the skylight. A place without fuss, clean, and silent despite the proximity of a busy street.

The charm of the Riad could be appreciable but given the false advertising it spoils the stay The location in Marrakech is perfect: close to the souk and the square Be careful of the service offering that does not exist and what a shame to claim to have equipment/services when in reality Riad Ramz does not have any! (No SPA/well-being, no private parking.....) Average cleanliness People come and go in the Riad without knowing who these people are! And be careful, the staff is constantly trying to ask you to pay extra fees!

A quiet Riad, good decoration and good breakfast. The personnel is very friendly. It's a little hard to find on a dead end street. Walking, you can reach the medina in ten minutes.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
