        The condition in general is outdated and dirty. We booked (Trough Booking) the De Lux room for 3 nights and we got the one with the blue headboard. Small, dark and not attractive as in the published photos. The shower tray was clogged and flooded. The toilet is not attached to the ground. The pool, which was a decision factor in a poor state of cleanliness and smaller than it looks in the photos, there is no place to relax. In the afternoons there was inside construction work with a lot of noise preventing rest. We claimed the conditions and since it was non-refund we could not cancel the reservation without cost, they offered us for the last day the suite with the same characteristics but larger. It has no price/quality sense. We don't understand the score it has in Booking. The treatment of the staff Brahim and Oussama has been correct.

        Basic clean rooms but the service from Ibrahim was great. Very helpful and through them we have booked a very humble and polite guide.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
