A lovely Riad, very calm, clean and quiet. Staff were lovely and the last serving breakfast was delightful. It is a little harder to find so would recommend downloading a map or planning your route before you arrive.

Gorgeous traditional riad, located maybe in a more difficult to access area of the Medina but Marrakesh it is made for enjoying getting lost! Only downside is that there was barely any pressure on the shower (our room was located in the upper floor). All the staff were so attentive and nice, thanks a lot to everyone for a wonderful stay!

I enjoyed staying at the Riad (I stayed there with my friend). The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The only concern I had was the location. However, once I got to know the the area.. everything was fine. Beautiful country .. I will miss Marrakesh. P.s I made a friend with a cat, we named him/her Scratchy.

It is just not clean, was always cold and the neighborhood is not pleasant. We were harassed by three men and it was noisy so often. The first night our room was occupied so we had to carry our bags all the way upstairs. The light is sparse and the drain stinks. The staff is ok so far but the communication is not good. Unfortunately, we can not recommend this riad; you do not feel comfortable. Update regarding your answer: The staff was okay, we have communicated that to you and of course we thank you for the stay. You were well aware that we were being harassed by men on the first night as they were still banging on the door. Of course we weren't hurt (and you did not have to call the police) but I hope you can understand that we no longer felt comfortable. Besides, as a tourist you don't want to come into contact with the police during a three-day stay. Yes, we went on excursions during the day and went out for dinner in the evening, do you really expect us to stay in the riad for three days? A strange accusation. Similarly, we don't change accommodation for three days, after all we paid for it. Instead of confronting us like this, please try to learn something from the criticism. You can't help people who behave antisocially in the area but you certainly know about the problems.

We had an excellent 7 day stay at Riad Sable Chaud – Fatima, Sierra, Mohammed and Momo were very accommodating. The room was immaculate every time we came back, and woke up to a very filling breakfast that would sort us out for the day ahead. It's in a good location where you're tucked away in a back street, we travelled as a couple and always felt safe, everyone was friendly. You're near the centre so you can pop out in the day and evening and there's a rooftop to chill out and relax when you're tired.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
