Very nice hotel tucked away at the end of an alley. Large rooms and very peaceful place to retreat to after a day in the medina. Excellent service from the team, who catered for breakfast at different times and very friendly and helpful. Nice views from the rooftop terrace. Quite hard to find the place when you first arrive, check out the other reviews for directions.

In the 3 weeks travelling through Morocco, we stayed 2 nights in Marrakech at Riad Safar. The riad was very comfortable and hygienic which gave a luxury feeling. The staff was very friendly and helped us with finding the good restaurants (to eat a tangia). The diner at the stay was excellent, a 3-course meal with a very good Moroccan rose wine. I definitely would recommend this stay to friends and family and other travellers who'd like a traditional Moroccan stay.

Beautiful Riad and so peaceful, Roof Terrace is very good. Hosts are very helpful and rooms are very nice. Breakfast is traditional and you can request what time you want to eat at. To find the Riad it is best to do research of which street to take as you may get asked by the young guys (they expect tip) to bring you to show you where the Riad is if you look lost. Find Kesh Cup Marrakesh (Coffee Shop) at crossroad of streets. Go Left, then after shops on left there is an alleyway, look down until you see the picture of painted Raid addresses on wall. Then Right-Left x3 once you see the picture I have posted. Blue door, ring bell. If in need of help ask one of the young guys and tip 50dh (have it ready)

Be careful with Google Maps location, it is inaccurate. Enter the medina in 'Rue Sid Abd El Aziz' and go right in the dark alley just after passing restaurant 'Table de la Medina'. The people of this restaurant can also help you find the way. The riad is beautiful and quite. Rooms are very clean, roof terrace and pool is relaxing, staff is very friendly.

Magnificent stay at Riad Safar. In the heart of the Medina but in a quiet alley, a magical place. Friendly and helpful staff, always ready to help. Traditional breakfast and roof terrace with views of the Medina to enjoy the sunset during the “Adhan”.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
