Steven & Saida 🥰 are phenomenal hosts. Very accommodating, great breakfasts and Steven was very helpful with directions and excursions. The location of the riad is perfect, we will definitely be staying here again next time. Thank you to all the lovely staff for making our stay perfect

not the best value for money. pretty dark interior, worn out and limited equipment/furnishing. staff is helpful, but not that professional. location and breakfast are very good tho we also booked a 3-day desert tour through the riad and there are some things I like to share. first of all: the booking was cheaper than all the tours we found online (750dah p.p., including 2 dinners&breakfast), uncomplicated and we could leave parts of our luggage at the property (which is a huge plus) but the information provided was really vague and even though we got promised a private tour and driver, we ended up in a group of 12 (which was fine, since it was a fun group) nevertheless we had the feeling, that the organisation was kind of improvised and the first hostel we stayed at wasn‘t nice (cold rooms/shower, kinda rude staff and plain food) also you have to be aware that the lunch is not included, you get dropped at certain restaurants of the choosing of the agency and is usually between 10-15€ other important notes: don‘t let the guides rip you off!! they are sneaky enough to charge you double for stuff, that‘s already included in the booking price (like fake entries for visiting a village) or talking you into buying equipment for the trip in the desert. also the promised two seperare 1,5h camel ride in the evening and morning is only a combined total of approx. 1h (given, that you ride the camels back from the desert camp and not pay a extra 100dah to go sandboarding in the morning) regardless we overall enjoyed the trip and would recommened it, but you have to be aware of what‘s expecting you. also check the moon cycle, since there are less stars visible, when there‘s a full moon.

AMAZING STAFF!! Saida and Youssef were brilliant. I had heat stroke on our first night, all pharmacies closed for Eid. I was given traditional medicines and she was as caring as anything. Also just being generally kind and helpful. Rooms comfortable pool nice and cool. Is located by busy-ish Road so look out which side you are staying.

The Riad is located in a very good position, at few steps from the Medina. Cosy and comfortable atmosphere is welcoming you at arrival, and the host is always at your disposal, day and night. Rooms are nice, big toilets and wonderful showers. The thin and not properly closing doors are not really comfortable, since you can hear anything happening on the corridors and viceversa. Breakfast is abundant, tasty tea and crunchy bread are perfectly fitting the homemade orange jam. We couldn't however use the nice swimming pool due to the cold days. Dinner is made on request, a little pricey when compared to most of the restaurant outside. Massages are offered for 300 dirahm/hour (~30 EUR), not the ones you'd expect.

Very nice experience staff very friendly and helpful always there for the customer the is a little bit of noise cause is beside the road but a very safe place can actually come back at any time the medina is juste 10 minute from there an i have loved the cooking class the propse to me very good an also the joy of doing some hamman dirfectly in the riad with cheaper excursions and good services thanks to all the staff and specially steeven for his kindness an adress to go thanks alot

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
