Great hospitality by Anna the manger and lovely breakfast set out every morning by her, but unfortunately there are things you need to consider if your planning to stay here or any other Riad’s. Here’s the list of improvements for our hotel,, Furnitures were dated and falling to bits, not many power point in bathroom to use hair dryers or other equipments, no safe in the rooms or any door locks you have to leave your valuables in trust and unlocked, room service were not carried out on daily basis ( we could tell by our used wet towels and reused dirty bed sheets. Bathroom needs improving big time! Hotel was located in a very dodgy alley way and was really uncomfortable when coming back late in the evening as lots of youngsters hanging around. The hotel will offer you excursions but at a higher mark up price ( always compare with other agents ) Overall a great experience but also check when booking with your agent if there’s any additional fees as we were hit with a large bill which we didn’t expect!

The Riad was the most beautiful Place to stay in Marakesh, Anna the „housemom“ was kind like no other... she helped us out whenever it was needed. Definitely highly recommended. In graditude Sabrina and Fabian

The hotel has a good location. It is in a walking distance from the Medina and very close to coffe Clock which has live music and a terrace. This was one of my best experiences and liked the interior, the terrace to get some sun and the breakfast that changes everyday and was very nice. The best part of my stay was meeting Anna with her beautiful and energetic smile. She literally was doing everything there from greeting the guests to managing, cooking, etc. She couldn't be more helpful and explained about the products in Marrakech and prices, places to visit, the culture, etc. My room was clean and comfortable. I definitely give it a five star and recommend it.

We arrived to check in and the cleaning lady put us on the phone with who I asume was the manager?? She first told us she cancelled our reservation so I asked her when because we hadn’t received an email or a phone call (she hadn’t!). Then she asked for our name and said she never got our reservation??? I told her we made it months ago to what she replied that actually there was a maintenance problem with my room and it wasn’t available. She asked me to take our luggage and leave the Riad giving us NO solution whatsoever. She was a LIAR, she was rude, unprofessional and her customer service is non existent. If you are going to out-book me/cancel my reservation please get your story straight next time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
