I could not recommend a better stay than at Riad Shama. Ayoub was the most welcoming host and made my stay incredible. Him and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make sure your visit is fantastic. The property has a beautiful courtyard with many places to sit and relax. The rooftop has great views and also many places to rest. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. I will stay here again when I return to Marrakesh and will recommend Riad Shama to any friends and family visiting.

Amazing place and amazing people! Everything here is very well organized: the interior, the service, the music, the look of the rooms, dishes/ drinks and also the rooftop is very comfortable to catch sun. The location of the Riad is very central and near the Medina. The people that work here are wonderful and make you feel like home. Special thanks to Ayoub for being the best host ever, Mustapha for the happy vibes and lovely breakfast and Imane for being super welcoming. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to take the massage and hamam but we heard it’s worth it and would do this next time for sure (so luxury to have a spa in the building)! 🧡 When you visite Marrakech, this is the perfect place to stay! Great Riad located within walking distance to both the new town and Jemaa El-Fnaa square. Ayoub was an exceptional host for both me and my friend. He helped us get food when we arrived late at night, and he drove my friend to the only open pharmacy on a Friday, when I got food poisoning after a day trip to the Atlas Mountains. The staff in general are lovely people, who were very kind and helpful, and I would recommend Riad Shama to everyone travelling to Marrakech.

Absolutely beautiful Riad. It’s a hidden paradise. The rooms are stunning and staff go above and beyond to be helpful. Ayoub was amazing and couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely Riad with easy walking access to the medina. I accidentally left my satnav here and the owner kindly informed me and kept it safe until i could return days later and collect it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
