Just beautiful - a silent place in the heart of Marrakech. The service that they deliver without hesitation, was superb! The young guy, Jamal aka Jimmy-L, was always there when ever you needed something! A first class service! THANKS!

We loved this place. The staff is super friendly and extremely accommodating. Jamill (not sure how to spell his name) was a great host always happy and we felt we were at home! He was also always playing with our toddler. They also prepare fresh food upon request which it was super delicious but a bit too expensive in my opinion. The Riad is also in a perfect position, just outside of the Medina

Beautiful Riad hotel in a great central location. Jamal, Abdul and Najt greeted us with tea and fell over themselves to be helpful in local recommendations. Our rooms were clean air-con cooled and the pool was a welcome feature after an afternoon in the souk. To be recommended Thank you

Beautiful place. Photo on the internet is a bit filtered though. Staffs are all kind and very welcoming. Room is nice and spacious but it smells a bit in the bathroom. Location is just 5mins away from central market.

Best Riad we've stayed at in Morocco, an absolute gem amidst all the chaos in the Marrakech medina. The decoration is elegant and full of taste. The room is well decorated and really comfortable with air conditioning. The staff are also really nice and super helpful - and cook great Moroccan food. Will definitely book again if I'm back to Marrakech.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
