Simple but pleasant place. Very nice location away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina but close to all main locations. Very friendly staff who offered to keep our bags for free. Home made breakfast and nice rooftop. The only thing is that if your neighbours are noisy, you will hear them.

We loved everything! Perfect location, extreme friendliness staff (by the way, the Moroccan people proved to be the most hospitable there is!) The Riad has a spa service and massages that can be requested, at very acceptable prices! I recommend it because it is definitely divine! The rooms were very cosy and were always spotlessly clean (our many thanks for the way they always left our things tidy 🙌🏽) Breakfast was also very tasty and just the right amount, without waste! In terms of noise we had no problem at all, the riad is very quiet. I recommend it 200%.

Was given a different room from what I booked. There were few staff that was very nice, and then others who treated me as a second class citizen, don't know if this had to do with me being a person of dark complexion, as I didn't see the other guest being treated that way, which by the way we're all of light complexion. Bed was hard. They come in and clean everyday, but was not to par. The bathroom shower in the room kept filing up as drain kept clogging, which i inform the staff several time, and the attention to it was very slow , almost dismissive. Was buying my time and making the best until i leave. Would not book here again nor recommend. The breakfast was good, that was a plus.

What a beautiful Riad it is. Located Near Bab sidi Mimoune, its on 10 min walk from Koutoubia Mosque and Jma Fnna square. We met Caty, the owner who has been extremely helpful and great host. Staff , Lubna and Fatima were great help too. Rooms are massive and very modern baths too. My daughter loved the pool and kept on using it throughout our stay. Breakfast was great and thry keep changing the items to makes it interesting for guests. Great roof top too. Overall, highly recommended!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
