Days after our stay, we have still been talking and comparing every other host to Simon. He has set the standard so high that we have not yet encountered anyone as good or close to as good as him, really. His warmth, friendliness and welcoming demeanour just absolutely set us off on our trip around Morocco on the bestest of ways. The riad’s doorstep is the medina. Food all around and only like 3-5 minutes from the square. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in Morocco and the rooftop where its served is just lovely. We are devastated that there was no space on our way back in Marrakech and we couldn’t book our stay there. Simon has earned himself a family in Berlin and we would welcome him with open arms anytime!!

I have never had a host like Simon, he was amazing. He ks very helpful, kind, trying always that you feel like home. He doesn't try to sell anything, he just wants that you have a nice stay. For the riad, is small but very well located. The rooms are clean and nice, and the breakfast is amazing. I recommend this riad 100%.

Simon was the best host we ever had, so kind and always helpful! The riad was always clean and such a cool place to hang out. Location is also great, 4 minutes walk to the main square. When we return to Marrakech, definitely the place where we will stay! Thank you Simon!!

A gem in Marrakech! This property is a short walk from the market located in a narrow street filled with restaurants and shops. Behind a beautiful wooden door there is a comfortable central space with a central open space,a kitchen and one of the rooms. The floors above have comfortable rooms and the roof has a beautiful terrace. This property was originally three houses that were razed to be replaced with a narrow section of shops along the street and Riad Simon in the rear. Simon and the architect did an excellent job of creating spaces on each floor that are open and inviting. Each room has a bathroom with its shower, sink and toilet. The room portion has a bed flanked by night tables. The construction was excellent, the stairs are uniform, joints everywhere are tight. (Moroccan travelers will understand that comment) Simon and his staff made our stay a joy. Simon arranged our tours and was always available for every odd need like finding carry out at night. His brother and sister kept the entire house very clean and were so attentive during breakfast. We felt like we were truly their guests. This is THE premier choice in this city

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
