Riad Sin is a gem right in the heart of Medina. It has an excellent location, with most places of interest within walking distance. Situated in a quiet alley, the raid is tranquil, beautiful, tastefully decorated, and above all offers hospitality second to none. Our host Younnes was personable, genuinely caring, and attentive. The lady in the kitchen prepared delicious breakfast every morning and was very amiable too. We were there right after Christmas and found the rooms warm and comfortable. We asked for an extra blanket just in case we needed it and it was provided promptly. Staying at Riad Sin made my time and memories of Marrakesh extra special. I highly recommend this Riad.

The Riad Sin is conveniently situated within walking distance to the bustling markets of Jemaa El-Fna and other prominent tourist attractions in the Medina. Our accommodation was charmingly quaint, featuring a contemporary Bohemian design seamlessly blended with traditional Moroccan elements—a fusion I found particularly delightful. The staff at the riad were outstanding in their helpfulness and amiability, adding a warm touch to our stay. Considering the quality, the pricing was justified. The sole minor drawback was the unavailability of the pool during the winter months due to the chilly water, but this in no way diminished the overall quality of our experience. The ambiance of Riad Sin was remarkably welcoming, making us feel thoroughly at home and well-cared-for. In a gesture of exceptional hospitality, they accommodated our travel schedule by allowing us to store our luggage beyond our checkout time. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for a truly memorable stay. ♥️

This Riad is highly recommended, for the delicate and studied decoration, the rooms have a bathroom and are great, the breakfasts are spectacular, we loved everything in general enough to want to repeat Marrakech in this Riad. To highlight Younes, the boy who runs it. He is attentive, correct, always facilitating and with a smile and a very good disposition. He makes sure that we are well almost without it being noticed, he resolves what arises and makes our stay easy, comfortable and pleasant. This Riad is very worth it.

An incredible place. We just came from there. The riad is great, with every detail regarding the decoration, and above all, the treatment could not have been better. Younes, the guy who works there is a super friendly person, he always smiles. Super attentive. One of us had gluten intolerance and the next day she made him corn pancakes, anyway, impressive!!! The breakfasts on the upstairs terrace were super pleasant. A magnificent site. The stay has been noteworthy!! Also very central. We will repeat!!!

Excellent. We were alone in the Riad, I suppose because of the earthquake that took place in this city just 3-4 weeks ago. The Riad is beautiful. It is clean and wonderfully maintained. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners, a French couple who lives between France and Marrakech. The guy who runs it, Jounes (I guess it's possible that I don't know how to write like that) couldn't be more wonderful! He has a constant smile. He tries to please you in every way he can and he succeeds! Every night he had a cool beer for us to drink on the terrace. They are awake waiting for us outside whatever time it is and dsp was there in the morning even if we got up early. It has solved all the small problems that we have been encountering, especially due to the tendency to scam tourists in these countries towards those of us from outside. The rooms have a bathroom and a double bed. There are some with a single bed so that 3 people can sleep. The patio pool is cool even at noon with temperatures of 37 degrees in the air! It's a luxury to be able to give yourself a soak. They prepare breakfast for you, one thing every day, with great care (they do not take into account food intolerances, but they do not have them anywhere in the country). The prices for drinks and food are very good. I don't know how they take special advantage. From this review I want to thank Jounes for making our stay much more pleasant.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
