We were so pleased with this Riad, it is nestled so centrally and yet so peaceful. Our room was perfect “Kutubiyya”. Very comfortable bed and nice amount of room to relax in between outings. There wasn’t much communication before but the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout. The roof terrace is a gorgeous place to relax for a while. Breakfast is simple but with a slightly changing cake everyday we were happy.

Beautiful riad in the middle of Marrakesh madness. You can easily find it if you download the Google map and follow directions. Area feels safe even in the evening. Lovely kind people working at riad, Thank you all 😊Very comfy bed with excellent bedding, singing birds waking you up in the morning, tasty but simple breakfast (mostly sweet). The bad point is that you can hear prayers very early in the morning and it's quite loud so be prepared to be waken up.

This Riad is traditional & beautiful located inside the bustling Medina, but on the residential side, so it is peaceful. You have to hire one of the wheel barrel guy to get you to the Riad with your bags as no cars allowed. We were caught in a one off situation, booked suite Pacha for 2 nights as it is beautifully decorated and setting the right mood for our honeymoon. However, when checked-in we were moved to smaller less elegant suite, and was told suite Pacha is not ready, we can move in next day. We later found out (from conversation with another couple) that hotel had that couple for same 2 nights as our booking. Due to earthquake and courtesy of staff to their hotel guests in the time of panic, we did not make a big deal about it. For the inconvenience, we were offered dinner for two people at the Riad. After discussing it with the hotel manager, we were given some price difference on the suite. Nonetheless, it was booked for special time which is not going to come back no matter how much one try to compensate and it was unfortunate. Other than that no complaints from our stay and recommend the Riad. If you plan on booking tours and/or Hamaam through Riad plan for more than 1 day of advance notice.

Riad Tahyra is located in the historic heart of Marrakesh. The riad is absolutely AMAZING! It is soooo beautiful, with so many details. Friendly English-speaking staff. Our host Siham was very welcoming and friendly.

Very authentic. The riad is in the middle of the souk, close to the main square. There is no escape from the busy centre. Also, the room was small but immaculate. Breakfast was traditional.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
