We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved our experience! Youssef did an amazing job of welcoming us, guiding us on things to watch out for, helping us organise experiences and even walking us to our airport taxi pick-up point (our driver spoke no English). He was always working hard to get us the best deals and even packed our breakfast to take away one morning when we were in a rush. Definitely wait to go to the Riad before buying a SIM card and data. It is significantly cheaper and Youssef will help you with everything you need. Amazing experience! Would highly recommend!

What a WONDERFUL stay! I booked this riad last minute cause I didn’t find any spot and was super suprised! The spot is nice, rooms are clean and big, but the star of the show is the service. The people that work in here are the most amazing and talented people I met. Amine was so helpful and made our stay a hug back home. The girls that work in here are also so friendly and attentive at any need we had. The breakfasts are something I was looking forward to. Dinner was also very very good we tried the tajine with prunes and the pastilla and they both were delicious! I would definitely go there again. Bare in mind that there is a mosque next to the riad, if you have kids or you struggle with going back to sleep take your precautions as there is an early prayer. Might be shocking the first day but you get used to it the other nights and also it’s part of the full experience in Morocco

My family and I recently stayed at Riad Dar Teranga for our vacation in Marrakesh. Everything from the rooms, location, staff and their service was impeccable. We were welcomed with mint tea on the first day and met every morning by the housekeeping staff with fresh breakfast. The staff were always around when you needed them, whether it was for a friendly chat or if we needed anything. Overall a beautiful place to stay and we will definitely be booking again on our next trip.

Compared to the 1st Riad that I stayed on my first night in Marrakech, - Riad Dar Teranga is cheaper : which means valuable for money, - service was better - room was bigger - toilet & shower room is bigger and cleaner and they also provide hair dryer in the room - interior was nicer - breakfast was excellent - staffs are friendlier and helpful I arrived at 11pm, and to my suprised they served mint tea as my welcome drink. Mahdi was very kind in explaining & teaching their tradition of serving the mint tea. On the next day, they packed me my breakfast because I had to leave early in the morning for my atlas tour. In the night, I invited my new friend to have the mint tea in the Riad.. and to my suprise I didn't have to pay for it.. Mahdi said I can have Mint tea and bottle of water anytime. I also like the fresh spa aroma in this Riad. I am so happy that I took a decision to change the Riad and stayed in this Riad for 2 nights.

When I checked for accommodation in Marrakesh, it was apparent that Riad Dar Teranga was one of the best places to stay. Great location and many positive reviews, and extremely competitive price. I booked without hesitation, but at the very last minute, my plans changed. I contacted the Dar Teranga to cancel my reservation and book for another date. Another dates were not available, but they cancelled my reservation free of charge. I recommend them for their diligence and care for customers. I hope to be able to stay there soon.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
