We arrived at the hotel and were met with a strange smell of rose petals and something else. After some time the floral smell left and the smell of mould and damp became ever present. The towels were very rough and corse and our room had no ventilation as it was on the ground floor with no external windows. As it was only for one night we thought we'd make do despite the misleading outdoor pool pictures which give the impression that it's a decent size when in actual fact its not really big enough to swim in. Aswell as the fact that the hotel is down a thin alley and guests do not get a key to get into the hotel you just have to knock at the door and await someone to open it. This is the case even during the day. We went out to get a meal in the evening and when we came back our bag with spices, Insense and tea from the market looked less bulky. I presumed that my husband had put some of the contents in his bag as we were flying home the next day so thought nothing of it. It's only when we got home to give out the Insense that we had got as a gift for my mum that I realised my husband hadn't taken it out but the items were gone. We kept our door locked at all times and felt there little point using the safe as it was broken anyway. As far as we were aware the only people to have access to our locked room was the staff. My parter and I are very angry this happened. Absolutely disgraceful. Would never recommend for the damp alone.

The reception staff is very kind and gentle, they work very well and the breakfasts are quite good. Now they should spend more time cleaning the closets. I don't know if it's a Moroccan cultural issue but the cabinets and shelves were very full of dust. Not suitable for allergy sufferers

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
