We had a wonderful stay at Riad Tizou! From the moment we arrived in our airport taxi we were greated by a lovely guy who took our cases and walked us to the Riad. He then served us a beautiful 3 course dinner with wine on the roof terrace. It was a perfect start to our romantic getaway. The place itself has an air of welcoming calm, even the staff are softly spoken and warm and nothing seemed to faze them. On our first morning they gave us a map and wrote some recommendations on it and helped us orientate ourselves. Breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning and served until quite late (10.30/11am), which suited us as we love a lie in on holiday! The only minor negative was the way the sound carries and we found the first morning quite noisy from about 8am, just from everyday sounds echoing around and the odd scooter outside. We were on the ground floor, so it might be quieter in the rooms upstairs.

Our vacation in Marrakech was highlighted by Said, Hakeem, Leila and the team at Riad Tizou. We were greeted warmly at checkin and very well taken care of. Whether it was a late night coffee or freshly squeezed orange juice, the team was accommodating to our needs. No matter the time of night we would stumble in after our adventures, Said or Hakeem would dependably be at our service. Rooms were well equipped with AC, hairdryer and plenty of plug-in outlets. If coming from US, an adapter will be needed. The location is also great as it is nearby many attractions (

We had an amazing stay at Riad Tizou and would highly recommend it. The team is so friendly and helpful with recommendations and local information. They arranged our taxi very late at night and came to walk us to the Riad at the edge of the Medina. The location is perfect for exploring, they make great breakfast, and our room was very comfortable.

The staff was amazing. Laila helped us with restaurant recommendations and other tips. Fatimaraza is an amazing chef, and we recommend having dinner there at least once (we did twice). They were very accommodating and allowed us to leave a bag there while we went on a trek in the Atlas Mountains for 3 days. They even upgraded us to the room on the top floor for our last night. We’ve now stayed in a few places across Morocco and this was one of the highlights and on the luxurious side with all the amenities.

My stay at Riad Tizou was amazing . Being a solo traveler I was abit worried about walking around the medina by myself. But the staff at Riad tizou help eased my anxiety. I would 100% recommend. Its located in the middle of the medina so you can walk to many shops and restaurants. But you are still away from the noise and can enjoy a good quiet evening.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
