Riad Tizwa was incredibly welcoming. Hassan and his team were really helpful, giving us directions, recommendations for lunch and dinner and even booking a Hamam for us. We really enjoyed our 4 days in Marrakesh and the Riad was tranquil to return to. The delicious breakfasts on the roof terrace were a great start to each day. Definitely recommend a visit.

Fabulous, loved everything about it: super warm welcome, helpful and friendly team constantly on hand to help, lovely rooms and bathrooms and little touches, and oh my the tiles... All wonderful. Great location. Lovely rooftop breakfasts. We had such a lovely time. Off to discover the one in Fes next!

What an amazing Raid, the rooms are of a high standard and the service is very good. We enjoyed the breakfast on the roof terrace and felt very relaxed away from the busyness of Marrakech. Hassan and his team do an amazing job.

My second time in this riad and now there is a new rooftop which had a great deal to this place; I had again a wonderful time there; the riad is beautiful and really peaceful and in an ideal location just a few meters from the Medina; the staff is amazing, super friendly, always ready to help; I really felt and treated like I was at home, I’ve been recommending it to friends and family and to whoever want to spend an amazing time in Marrakech. I will keep and coming back to this dreamy place.

We had an incredible stay at Riad Tizwa, the owner and all the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. The Riad beautiful with a lot of charm and has been recently renovate. Typical maroccan breakfast in the rooftop. Great location, for a walk in La Medina. Even though we were worried due to the recent earthquake, our stay was very pleasant, we saw few old buildings that partially colapse in la medina, but the majority of the city was not affected. We really enjoyed and would love to be back again soon.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
