Great place to stay for comfort and cleanliness. Staff is very friendly and the place is on great walking distance to some of the biggest attractions. The breakfast is fine, nothing special but its fine to start your day with. Room is very clean, only issue was that the room gets very steamy after showering (open the windows when u shower). Beds are great, not to hard not to soft. All in all, great place to stay. Would recommend!

Wonderful choice if you want to stay well located inside the Medina. Little pool to enjoy at the end of the day, also jacuzzi on the roof terrace. Super clean. Very nice staff and delicious breakfast!

The interior design is very bizzier, there is a indoor pool in the lobby but it is dead water. The host seems friendly, but he forgot nearly everything that we requested. Room is basic, breakfast was mediocre. I won't stay here again of I visit Marrakech.

When we arrived here the service from Sofian was great. Then it started to decline. We wanted to pay for what we owed, he kept walking off. We kept calling him. In the end we gave up. Next day he was asking us for the money again. Still kept waiting for him to pay. In the end we eventually paid. We underpaid, as he was not good with the maths. Good for us. Amina the kitchen assistant unhelpful. Not friendly or accommodating at all. There was 5 of us sitting downstairs, I asked her to put the AC on, as it was midday and hot. She didn’t seem to care. Real good customer service I thought. No one seemed to bother to help us as we left. The room was really lovely. The place is lovely too. The breakfast is not fresh. The bread had mould on it. Food cooked before hand and taken out of freezer. We put water in the fridge and someone helped themselves to it. No one seemed to care. It’s a shame as the Riad was lovely. Staff not so much. Would not recommend.

Perfect place in prefect location. Thank you Soufian and staff for making it an enjoyable stay. Short walk to atm, taxis restaurants, souks and Jemaa el fenaa.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
