We recently spent 4 nights at Riad Soumia with our daughter and it was a super nice stay. It was very convenient to use the baby cot. Since our daughter is only 18 months old, we spent our evenings at the riad where we could have our diners. They were delicious, prepared by Soumia who is an excellent cook: the Moroccan meals were extremely tasty & very generous. Of course the breakfasts were also amazing , and different every day! Everything was super clean & the rooftop very nice to chill. Aziz took a great care of us and overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks again to Aziz and Soumia, we will come back again ! This was a last minute booking based on availability and some reviews. Riad Soumia surpassed all our expectations by a long way. It's located at the end of a less than pleasant alley but Aziz organised a transfer which took us right there. The location is ideal and there are many things to see very nearby, Bahia Palace and Badi Palace just to name a couple. The Riad is a typical open courtyard with rooms around. Cool and tranquil with birds visiting the trees that grow inside. It is beautiful - see the photos. Our room was lovely. The shower area is just partitioned off but raised. Air con. No TV, we didn't miss it; it would be out of place! There is a roof terrace around the courtyard opening. There are covered areas and areas to sunbathe. It wasn't too hot when we were there but I imagine when it gets really hot it would be nice to be up there. See photos. Breakfast is served in the courtyard and is a real treat. Finish this and you will be good until dinner. Beghrir and I think Harcha were breakfast breads, others too. Served with jams and honey. Delicious yoghurt and cake too. Just look at the photos and be jealous. We had a lovely relaxing time - Riad Soumia is a haven of tranquility in the surrounding chaos.

A perfect place to stay! Loved every moment and didnt want to leave! The Riad made us a delicious dinner fresh from the market that day. Fresh orange juice for breakfast everyday. Spotlessly clean rooms and comfortable bed. Aziz (the manager) was a great host.

We stayed in a couple other Riads in the area. All of them have their pros and cons. All of them nicely decorated with flowers and beautiful patios and terraces. But Soumia by far has the best homie, welcoming feeling. We were surprised one night with a little paella and Moroccan soup as a courtesy. Also we asked about a pharmacy because my stomach wasn't feelin great...and they made me tea with fresh orange juice by the time we came back. And that type of caring that goes beyond customer service and is how it felt from the minute we walked in.

Nice and cosy hotel with 5 rooms. Very central and surprisingly quiet. Aziz is an excellent, caring and helpful host. The riad is very clean. There are some comments that it‘d be difficult to find. This might be true the 1st time (however, our taxi driver walked us to the door). It gets easy afterwards.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
