We had two wonderful nights at Villa El Arsa. We were picked up at the airport at 1am of the hotel manager. Everything was very well coordinated and we where able to get settled very fast. We are still talking about the breakfeast and how perfect it was. Homemade eggs, yogurt and marmelade. Just perfekt! Located close to the main square and in the middle of the souq it is the perfect place to stay for a couple of nights in the wonderful city of Marrakesh.

An excellent welcome to Marrakech. We didn’t know what to expect when we were guided along the narrow streets of Marrakech’s Medina, but were pleasantly surprised by the oasis that was Riad Villa El Arsa. The room was cool and comfortable. The service was attentive and excellent. We really enjoyed our breakfasts on the peaceful rooftop terrace. I would not hesitate to return here on our next visit to Marrakech, and heartily recommend it to anyone who wants to find a quiet place close to the heart of Marrakech.

Our oasis in Marrakech. Loved our stay here and returned for a second time. We were treated very well and enjoyed the Moroccan hospitality. Beautiful rooms, patio and terrace, refreshing pool, lovely breakfast. Only negative: cash payment only, credit card terminal not available.

Booked this Riad very last minute and only stayed one night. The staff were very welcoming on arrival, gave us drinks, carried luggage to our room and spent some time with us giving us information about the local area. The room was really lovely, very clean, fabulous shower and had a very cosy feel. Breakfast was very good too. We felt very welcomed here and would definitely stay again.

Well located in a very quiet area inside the Medina, Riad Villa El Marsa is 3 min from a Parking area with petit taxi options and very close to the main square of Marrakesh, souks (markets) and good restaurants as Corne de Gazelle, Naranj, El Salama Skybar, Yasalam and El Marrakichi. The Riad is very basic - compared to a few other ones I visit through Marrocos - but I believe is due to the fact the new owners are still improving it. The rooms are very exposed and you need to keep the curtains closed for privacy. Bathroom smells very bad if you do not close the shower’s drain. Abdul, who cover the night shift is an amazing and very kind host but Simon - the day one - is very rude and confused as the owners, but the only one who speaks English. If you do not speak French or Arabic is better to find another place to stay. After a misunderstanding about the final bill, Simon started to shout in arab loudly, as a crazy. For sure, by the same price there are plenty of others riads in Marrakech with nicer and welcoming people. Bottom line, do not recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
