I had an amazing stay at this riad. It was so serene, clean and beautiful. Amazing place to relax, but also to work on the rooftop behind my laptop. Heating was available, staff was doing an amazing job. And the manager sure makes the guests feel at home, also offering them tea on the house many times to make their stay enjoyable. He was so kind to the guests and also to his staff. All were very professional.

We had an amazing time in the Riad Villa Harmonie. The staff went out of her way to help us and was very warm and welcoming. The room was tasty and the bathroom was made with love. The matress was good and the room very clean. We also loved having breakfast on the terrace.The location is just great and simple to find at night. We can truly recommend to stay in Riad Villa Harmonie.

What makes Riad Villa Harmonie truly amazing is the team who run it; from the moment they met us through to our departure, every member of the staff went out of their way to help, entertain and enhance our visit. From titbits of information about the Riad and it's surrounds, to stories about Moroccan culture, through to tips on what to pay for taxi rides, they were always willing and able to go the extra mile to make sure we had the information we needed and felt truly welcome in Marrakech. I've spoken about the staff, but what about the Riad; simple yet luxurious, cosy yet so open to nature and utterly comfortable. We were in a classic room on the ground floor; spacious and with a lovely, comfortable bed, it was perfect. The Riad is set on one of the smaller streets in the Medina so doesn't suffer from traffic noise. The area itself is safe feeling and devoid of some of the hassle you can get in other areas of the old town. It's great for reaching everything by foot but also for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the souk. Lastly, if you have chance, I'd reccomend arranging a Dinner with the Villa Harmonie; they prepare amazing home cooked Moroccan fare that is truly fantastic. I couldn't reccomend a stay at Riad Villa Harmonie enough!

Very warm and cozy place in the Medina of Marrakech. The staff is very kind. Price are affordable. The breakfast served on the rooftoop is amazing! Definitely suggested.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
