We stayed for 6 nights and the Riad was amazing. It was a little piece of tranquility in crazy Marrakech. We felt so welcomed and looked after. Aziz was so attentive and always so friendly making us feel very at home. All of the staff work so hard, the cleaning staff keep the whole place spotless every day. Breakfast tastes amazing and was different every day. It was very quiet and the roof terrace with the jacuzzi we loved. I would recommend getting transport through the hotel as it is tricky to find. I highly recommend this place and would love to go back.

The property is cozy and beautifully decorated. We stayed there for one night and they took care of the transport and dinner. We were well looked after. As we were leaving early in the morning Aziz also got us some quick breakfast (before the allotted time). We felt really welcomed and will recommend the place.

The location of the Riad may seem overwhelming as it’s in the middle of the busy medina, it sure was for me on the day of our arrival. But to my surprise, inside it was incredibly peaceful and spa-like and provided a much needed rest from the vibrant town. You should try the hammam and the rooftop jacuzzi to relax after the day of sightseeing. The hotel staff and the hotel manager were so helpful and welcoming it’s hard to put into words. Thank you, it made my stay even more enjoyable. Tip: The riad is located in a labyrinth of narrow streets so what you can do is call the reception to provide a transfer from the city or the airport not to get lost. Tip2: don’t let local “guides” help you the way to your hotel as they will demand lots of dirhams afterwards. (Yep, that’s what we did overwhelmed by the noise of the city).

Everything was great but our AC didn't work for two days and it was very hot. Management tried to help and offered a different room on the last night but by then the AC was working. GREAT location, great service/management, nice decor. AC way or only issue. It's definitely stay there again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
