Riad Yamina in Marrakech is a true gem that added an extra layer of magic to our stay in Morocco. Nestled close to the main square, its convenient location spared us the labyrinthine complexities of the medina roads, ensuring we never felt lost. The thoughtfulness of the staff at Riad Yamina truly sets it apart. From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of exceptional. The staff went out of their way to make us feel not just welcome, but truly cared for. A standout moment was when they graciously picked us up from outside the medina, eliminating any worries about navigating the intricate alleys on our own. The genuine hospitality we experienced at Riad Yamina was heartwarming. The team consistently went above and beyond, anticipating our needs and ensuring our comfort at every turn. Whether it was offering valuable local insights, recommending authentic dining experiences, or simply creating a warm and inviting atmosphere within the riad, their attention to detail was impeccable. The room was bigger than what you see in pics. And also beautiful. Service and breakfast were excellent. (You could even take it on the roof). The owners went above and beyond to help us with what we needed. Also the rooms were thoroughly cleaned. They sold some ice cold beverages at fair prices. Only negative aspects were, for sure, the pool was way too chlorinated, and also smaller than expected from the pictures (we didn't want to bathe any other day even though it was 41°C, because the smell of chlorine lasted 2 days in our bodies, I also never saw the filter working). The bed was not the most comfortable. The shower didn't have curtains so the water spilled out a lot. Consider that taxis cannot get to the door of the Riad (it's about an 8 min walk), because it's in the Medina, but the staff does assist you on this aspect. WiFi was regular.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Yamina. Mustafa and Mehdi and the rest of the staff were all absolutely lovely, welcoming and kind, especially with our child. The Riad is very beautiful with gorgeous decor, and a stunning pool area, surrounded by orange blossom trees. The scent is amazing and you feel transported to an exotic paradise. The pool is very cold though - we went for a dip but was too cold for a proper swim. The roof top area is really lovely too, perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed our breakfasts in the light-filled courtyard to the sound of a tinkling fountain and birds chirping. The decor of our room was fabulous - can highly recommend the Mina room - it really got us in the mood of being in Marrakech! The Riad is extremely well located at the heart of the medina, but down a quiet street. (although the local kids like to play in the street quite late - at least late for us with a toddler - but that’s part of real life!). Note: you cannot get a taxi direct to the Riad, you will need to go to the main square and then walk / get help with your luggage. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! We made memories for life xxxx

beautiful riad, elegant courtyards, comfortable rooms, with a small swimming pool and a nice terrace to relax during the heat of the afternoon. Breakfast in the average of other riads. TOO BAD, like most sellers in Marocco, THEY ARE ONLY GOOD TO ASK MONEY. I ripped my pants due to many nails sticking out of the closet doors, and the manager who came to see looked unbelievable surprised but he neither apologized nor offered me a repair or a refund. Credit cards are not accepted (€40 for city taxes and airport transfers only cash). The transfer to the airport is offered with a very expensive affiliated agency (€17 for just a 15-minute ride), and they don't agree to call a taxi which you can get in Marrakech at very affordable prices. When we left from the riad we discovered there were other two Italian people with whom we could share a car but they had booked two different car to make us pay twice (it’s clear they have a return by their agency). After all I loved this place but we have been in other riads in Marrakech where the assistance was better. They still need to improve their quality if they want to propose the same prices of the European cities.

Awesome! Beautiful riad: beautiful rooms, two beautiful courtyards and a roof terrace and various areas where you can relax. A paradise in the middle of the medina. Located in a quiet alley, and yet in a few minutes in the hectic and on the Jemaa El Fna square. Good breakfast, good wifi. And above all: the people who work here. You feel very welcome as a guest. Friendly, with a smile and great service. We loved staying here for 5 nights. Thank you! Tip: book a transfer from the airport to the riad on arrival. The taxi is waiting for you and near the main square someone from the riad will take you to the riad. Very handy to find your way easily the first time through the crowds and hectic.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
