We spend 5 days in the Riad. It was an unforgettable experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big enough. Every day they cleaned our room. The rooftop has a beautiful Jacuzzi and we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend it, it is an oasis of peace and silence in the busy city of Marrakesh!:)

Perfect place to stay in Medina. Riad is close to all attractions. Breakfast and dinner are really good. All the staff was very nice, especially Ali who introduced a wonderful atmosphere. We totally recommend this place.

I can fully recommend the Riad Dar Yasaman! We have been here for 2 nights and booked 5 nights in total. The staff is very helpful and tries to make your stay as pleasant and uncomplicated as possible. We were greeted with a pot of Moroccan mint tea and our luggage was taken to our room. Furthermore, an employee even helped us to park our car in a secure parking lot and walked long distances with us to make it possible. Thank you so much! Unfortunately, most of the staff doesn't speak English, so it's advisable to install Google Translate before or during your stay. This makes it very easy to communicate with everyone. Although most of the staff doesn't speak English, everyone does their best to understand and help us, which is amazing! Americans: No, not everyone in the world speaks English, and that's completely fine. North America is not the center of the world and there are other cultures worth getting to know. If you want to feel well looked after and taken care of in Marrakech, this riad is clearly the best choice! Especially as a European on another continent with a completely different, foreign culture, you feel very, very safe here.

Stayed for two nights and it was great in all ways. The entrance was a bit hard to find as there is no apparent sign of the hotel(just go to the indicated adres and ring or call the hotel). Also note that getting to the hotel by car can be a small challenge as there are only specific routes to be used. The rooms are located around a patio garden with small pool that function as a living room. As the hotel is small (approx 6 rooms) it will never feel crowded. The host was great and helpful in all requests. Fully recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
