what a wonderful riad. From the outside you would not expect such a beautiful stay behind the door of this riad. very nice and friendly people, nothing is too much to ask. It was a special and an excellent stay.

Beautiful place, we had a top apartament which we very enjoyed because it was quiet and specious. Service is outstanding. Breakfasts are very French so sweet which we didn't like, but anyway, it was tasty. Food in riad is really nice and we recommend trying it. The hotel has its own hammam and spa, so it is worth checking. We enjoyed it a lot. If you don't mind staying in the old town it is a great place! Walking distance from everything.

My best friend and I started our Morocco vacation in Marrakech, and were warmly welcomed by Hassan and the staff at Riad Ysalis. We were stunned by the beauty of the Riad's main courtyard, and the rooftop deck, lounge area, and two jacuzzis were the best place to spend some downtime away from the bustling Medina, located just outside the front door. At night we sat under the stars in the jacuzzi and enjoyed the unparalleled city views, and early in the mornings we were served a luxurious and delicious breakfast, complete with mint tea -- some of the best food in Morocco was enjoyed here! Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and provided us with all the space and amenities we needed to feel right at home, and as a bonus, it was so quiet and serene (rare in the middle of the city). Thank you so much for having us, Riad Ysalis! We will always recommend this guesthouse to friends travelling through Marrakech. It made our trip once-in-a-lifetime.

For the price you can do much, much better. It a good standard, but modern, mass produced furniture dominates, the bathroom is finished with plastic carpets instead of tadelakt and ceramics, and it does not have the charm and craftsmanship I expected from a riad. It's also quite far off, at the very northern edge of the medina.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
