Overall I would give this riad 2/5. There is no TV, fridge or decent hair dryer. The toiletries are very minimal (soap, shampoo and body wash is all). The security is very minimal and I didn’t feel particularly safe. This is especially as the location didn’t feel safe (you are heckled walking down the street), there is no fire alarms or exit routes etc. Safety generally in Marrakech is minimal though. I probably had the worse room - grand patio suite on the ground floor. It was so noisy. You can hear everyone coming and going and it’s so loud when people shower and walk around in the room above. You can’t open the windows because people are walking past so there is no privacy (people literally having breakfast outside the bathroom window!). It wasn’t quiet so I had a terrible sleep each night. The bed is two singles pushed together so you can easily fall through the middle of the two beds! Facilities were generally very basic. Looks a lot nicer in their pictures but it’s mainly polished concrete. Positives are a nice breakfast, however, it’s the same breakfast every day and extremely carb heavy - bread and pancakes. I didn’t gel with Mohammed. The other chap was very kind and attentive. Sorry i didn’t get his name (ismail?) The transfers and communication before I arrived was highly stressful. They clearly had IT issues and I was accused of not knowing how to get on a website…it was all sorted in the end but why make it stressful? Baptiste was rude on the emails and it made me want to cancel. They charge you 200 dirhams for the transfer but I think you can get a taxi for 130-150 dirhams quite easily. Perhaps it is because I was a single female which is frowned upon in this culture. I don’t know. I would imagine most riads will be very similar and it looks like loads of people have had good stays here. This is just my opinion.

Unfortunately very bad experience. After reserving a high level room, they give us the worst one without any advice. We found bed bugs but the give us an other room just for one night, so we have to find an other location for the other days. All of this without any help and without any refund! Totally not recommended

Thinking about visiting Marrakech? You simply have to stay in a riad. A riad is a traditional Moroccan house with an indoor garden and courtyard. With more than 500 riads in the medina of Marrakech, Riadzaouia44 is definitely a perfect choice. Life takes place in its large patio near the pool and in the midst of a garden with palm trees, orange trees and white roses that is quiet and bathed in sunlight. #Enjoy 😎

Amazing experience at this Riad. Mohamed was brilliant, he goes above and beyond to make your stay as good as possible. I’ve stayed in another place in Marrakesh and travelled all over the world and can say that this will a lovely experince. The food was delicious and it is a hidden gem in the city

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
