Great place for a stay in Marrakesh. Mustafa, the owner, is really friendly and helpful. I also recommend getting breakfast included - everything is super fresh, tasty and warm :) Rooftop area is amazing and great for spending some time during evenings.

The place is great and the service is amazing. The staff was friendly amd helpfull and the location is really good for people who want to explore the medina. The only thing I would say is not to buy water bottles in the hotels or riad in Morocco since they will charge you way more than it is worth. I bought a water bottle at riad zen house and it costed 30 MAD and later bought one at a store for 1.5MAD. So if you want to save cash don't buy water bottles in hotels.

Brilliantly located riad hotel in the Medina of Marrakesh, weren't sure what to expect post COVID but rooms were lovely and immaculate - beautiful decor throughout, roof terrace was great for relaxing in the evening, and the staff were helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

Great and friendly staff, very nice service. Keep in mind, that knowing a bit of French will come in handy most of these places, since the main language here is Moroccoan Arabic and French. Finding the hotel was surprisingly easy, I've heard about other ryads that are much harder to find, ours was marked perfectly at google maps. As entering we were greeted by one of the staff, where he took our passports for copying as well as brought us some traditional Moroccan tea which was delicious and some cookies. At that place they have also accepted eur, although I am not sure, if that's the norm or not. We got a cozy room, with a big comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. It should he noted, that there is no central heating, therefore it can get really cold during the night(although we visited at the end of January 2018) so using the AC might be a good idea to warm up the room. Other than that, the room was fine, cleaned every day. Also keep in mind, that the walls and windows are very thin. In addition to that you can smoke on the property ( I'm not sure about the rooms, I didn't smoke there. With our booking also came a breakfast which was coffee, tea, orange juice, olives, pancakes and some butter and jam. It was a nice little breakfast that was served quickly, although it won't keep you from becoming hungry again in a few hours. All in all a great experience, nice and welcoming service and nice rooms. If it weren't for the cold during nights it'd been 5 stars.

Fantastic stay at the Riad zen house. The staff and management are very very hospitable and kind. We had our 3-year-old with us and they absolutely bent over backwards to help us. Thank you so much guys. And thank you from Ava. We would not hesitate to return with them.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
