Feels like this hotel is stuck in 1980 or something. Overall it is tolerable except the very old conditioning system that produces constant noise like a tractor and it’s not possible to turn it off. This thing is simply placed in the hole that is not isolated, you can actually see straight to the street. When I’ve asked to do something about the noise or give another room because it is hard to sleep they reacted well but nothing was done except promises… they just forgot and even after reminding two times nothing was done except another promises. Silent ignorance until we left. Apart from this probably only one person speaks English, hard to communicate. The location is good: a supermarket nearby and close to the beach. The breakfast is also fine. This was a first time visit to Rio, so I’m not sure if this is normal, otherwise I strongly recommend to stay in another hotel.

It is hard to put into words how great this hotel was to us. We stayed nearly a month and the staff treated us like family. They helped teach my kids Portuguese and went out of their way to make us welcome. The room was large and perfect for us. The shower had great water volume like a waterfall. The pool and sauna on the roof were a regular way we chilled out after being at the beach a block away. Movie theaters, restaurants, barber, and grocery store are literally across the street. I wouldn’t imagine going back and staying anywhere else.

Stayed for 10 days. Positives - 5 minutes walk from metro station and Copacabana beach. - Inexpensive compared to beach hotels - Room relatively spatious - Great shower - Luggage storage facility (costs 10 R$) - Hotel manager very friendly and helpful Negatives - Have to hand your keys into reception whenever you leave - Rooms higher up seem to get cleaned later in the day - No restaurant and limited room service Overall feels like a good quality 3 star hotel.

Clean room and friendly staff, good facilities e.g shower pressure, room service etc. You are just in from the main road and a short walk to the beach. Heaps of restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc nearby and felt safe the whole time, even when walking late at night. The pool is small but nice to have a dip in the evening. Would highly recommend this hotel, the breakfast spread is good and varied. Good value for money. Very easy to get taxis for daytime adventuring and if you struggle the staff will always help

Staff was rude. Room floor not cleaned properly. There was a clump of woman's hair in the shower drain 🤮. There are better options for similar prices.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
