The staffs were so friendly. The location is perfect and is in a part of a city is attractive for tourists. The breakfast was brilliant. The room was so clean. We stayed for 4 nights and we really enjoyed it. The price was so fair as well. It it near 2 subway stations(Just 4 min walk). I suggest it to all.

The location is great but this is not a nice hotel. You get what you pay for and for the price, the location makes it worth it. But it is not nice. The WiFi doesn’t work. The walls are paper thin. Amazingly thin really. I routinely thought someone was in the bathroom. My shower’s door was broken and wouldn’t budge. You can’t control the temperature in your room. The location is very convenient though

Great location but the rooms look nothing like the photos. They are tiny and dark. The shower doesn't work properly with it proving impossible to set the right temperature without a lot of work. The staff are a mixed bunch in terms of helpfulness. One chap went out of his way when we asked for a recommendation for somewhere to eat while another member of staff clearly couldn't be bothered to engage at all.

My daughter and I stayed for five nights in this hotel. When we were checking out today, 12/01/23 @ around 10 AM, the person at the checkout was not well-trained, and he had a selective attitude toward the guests. When we were checking out, I mistakenly used a room number; however, we gave him the hotel room card instead of asking us while he was still half asleep. He also mentioned my daughter’s last name, which took me back since it is under my name; to ensure there is no mix-up with the other guests, I repeated my previous name. He scoffed at us instead. Another gripe we have, he did not ask us if we needed a taxi; however, he asked the next guest. I feel slighted about that because we are minorities from the States. I will not recommend this hotel to a minority person if you want equality. The hotel management needs to train more When it comes to rendering better service! Avoid this place if you are a minority, it is not a welcoming place to stay!!!

Great location, just in Gothic street & nearby Barcelona cathedral, Las Ramblas & even sea beach & many many restaurants & shopping centres. Excellent breakfast, lots of variety, Even cava, the Spanish wine is available in breakfast. The bathroom is very nice. The bedroom has everything , but I didn't like the opening of window which is surrounded by other rooms.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
