The room is very good if you're planning to stay for only a night or two. It's located very well as it is in walking district to centrum as well as the Ribeira district on the other side of the river. The bed is very hard, though, and I woke up with a sore back. We experienced the cleaning a bit deficient, but nothing major, which would make me look somewhere else for one night.

clean, nice & cute apartment. Its central and located underneath the bridge so its sea level so you have to walk or take the „train“ if you want to go to the historic central of Porto. Its still a good location and it has a nice view. The location comes with loud noises from the people, music and cars but it was fine for 2 nights. I recommend it for people staying only a few nights to visit Porto.

Booked the rooms and just without warning cancelled. Problems seemed to be with "Hotel &Cars by points" from Miles and More with Expedia together. Why should I pay now more for the room, if these 3 providers have problems? I booked somewhere else now. Good luck with that bad service

There is a bar next door that plays their music outdoors well into the early morning hours. There is absolutely no soundproof in the rooms. No chance of sleeping in this place until at least 3 am! Staff called the police after 11:30, but the police never showed up. The room itself is fine...clean, spacious, good view of the bridge.

Don’t think I can complain - the checkin process starts at 4pm and everything was provided in my room. Straightforward information is provided with fast wifi, and you can reach the point of contact who responds pretty quickly. I would definitely return for the location and overall ease of booking etc. Thank you so much Ribeira Cinema :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
