My room had great views overlooking a street and it was substantially sized, too, at least compared to the previous hotels I had been at in Japan. Great location. Free coffee in the lobby is a cherry on top.

Had a great experience with the hotel. Lobby is at 5th floor, Entrance is at the side of the building (beside Uniqlo). There’s a constant high frequency noise playing at the entrance. Amazing view of Tokyo tower from the room. Room was spacious, amenities (self service) were great, free coffee at the lobby. Lots of shops just around the corner. Great for shopping !! Overall great value for money.

Hotel in great location but stumbles on basic things. Rooms are decent size but cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Surfaces were rather dusty and turning on the aircon blew in a heavy smell of cigarettes (non-smoking room).

We had a lovely stay at Richmond. Clean and quite room, comfortable bed, most amazing view from the temple view room. Convenient laundry service with all information displayed on room TV. The breakfast is the only thing I wasn’t keen on, but everyone has different taste. Definitely recommend for family travellers. Location is also super convenient, less then 5 min walk to the temple and public transport.
