The hotel is located next to the metro station and also the Skytree. We landed a little early and were told rooms will be ready by 11. However rooms were not given till 1 PM. The rooms were comfortable and the skytree has a huge supermarket for essentials. The skytree shaped water bottles were a cute souvenir , we all carried them back. Overall we had a wonderful stay with Richmond hotels.

I ‘m glad that the hotel has given us a special “child book” room, with many children's books and board games on the side, which feels very interesting . The hotel is located across from the station and the Sky Tower, which is very convenient, also restaurants and supermarket are nearby. We’ll definitely come again next time!

Highly recommended hotel if you want easy access from Narita / Haneda airport! This hotel is located in the middle of both airports, so you can access from either ones within 1hour, directly (if you take an expless train). There are multiple options for subways. If you have a big suitcase, I recommend to come up from Oshiage station in the basement floor of Tokyo Skytree (the building and station is directly connected). There is an escalator so you don't have to carry on luggages by stairs. Next building is Nitori and LIFE supermarket. You can walk to a convenience store (Family mart) or Kura Sushi, so yea this location is fantastic!! Staff can speak English. They are friendly and proffessional, you can leave your suit cases in their cloak while you enjoy to explore around this area before check in / after check out. The room is a bit small for 2people, although good size for a person. Some hangers and a refrigerator is available. Shower pressure is quite strong for me. Luxury library (extra paid) and buffet restaurant Sizzlar is available too. Lundry machine costs 300yen for a wash, if you want to dry your clothes I highly recommend to hang them in your room though. Some floor has a fanay community space which has japanese modern room with fluffy sofa.

If you are looking for room with functional use/theme this hotel is perfect. They have sauna room, book reading and games room. The staffs are helpfull, location only 100 m across Oshiage station and SkyTree, right across the hotel there is Family Mart konbini. I booked 2 room for 5 nights and it was comfortable. Dont be late for breakfast so you won’t have to queuing.

I enjoyed my stay in Richmond hotel in Oshiage. Subway stations with multiple subway lines just a few steps away. Family mart & skytree & its mall right opposite. There are also many eateries around but I didn't get to try everything. There's also a supermarket next to the hotel. There's a few options on how frequent your room to be cleaned. I did not choose specifically, so by default is they will clean the room every 4th day or so. I stayed for 6 nights so i got it cleaned once which is fine by me. I still get my towels changed everyday. Only 1 small thing that I'd like to feedback - the pillows are way too soft to my liking. The hotel could probably have 1 soft and 1 firm pillow to get a balance. Nevertheless, I had a good rest everyday. Oh and the breakfast buffet is delicious.
