Very good breakfast and dinner was really good for hotel restaurant- loved the Japanese curry and the creamy pasta. Location convenient as near the station but a bit out of the main part of Kyoto. Good eating options nearby too.

Adequate room size, Old carpets, old furniture. Standard bathrooms, overpriced lounge food and drinks. Extra charges for limited access to pool, gym, sauna. Pool photo misleading, not free for guests. Small bathrooms, same as in hotels which come at half of the price per night French restaurant requires full menu purchase, great view in indoor rotating rooftop. Staff generally friendly and helpful.

i went here for a party and the waiter's service was so bad. This old guy named Nakajima, started talking furiously to the waiter who's age is around 20. I was able to hear him scolding and he was shouting so loud. No one would want to come to this hotel again. I think all senior people working in this hotel is harassing the young ones.

Recently stayed here in a 'Kyoto Room' for 5 nights and had a lovely stay. A quick 10 minute walk to the station, or you can catch the provided shuttle. Some people say the hotels location is inconvenient, but we felt it was pretty central to everything we had planned anyways- although there is not that much directly around, other than AEON Mall. For the price, it would have been nice if the pool and gym costs were waived.

Staying here for 3 nights and I did comments right away during 1st night. The location is good which is very near to the JR station and staff are all nice and welcoming. But! The room is a big NO NO. See photos, black stains on the bed sheet, mold in the bathroom (ceiling, walls, and bathtub). And I also found one chopstick in the drawer (I didn’t take photo for that). My trip starts from Osaka - Nara - Kyoto, I’ve been staying two 4-star hotels and they were all good! But this Kyoto hotel really ‘surprises’ me with the cleaning…I can’t believe it’s a 4-star anyway.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
